By purchasing or using the Perception Audit service from The Perception Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment.
2. Nature of Service
The Perception Audit is a diagnostic and consultative service that analyzes personal or brand communication and public perception. It is an intellectual service, not a guaranteed performance product.
3. Service Tiers & Delivery
- Instant Audit (Beta): within 10 minutes of complete form submission.
- Express Audit: within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Comprehensive Audit: within 3 working days.
- Enterprise/Custom Audit: within 5–7 working days.
Timelines begin only after payment has been confirmed and all required inputs have been received. Delays in providing data may extend delivery.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Work begins only after payment confirmation. Prices include taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to complete the audit. Delays, missing inputs, or inaccurate data may affect delivery timelines and insights.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared with The Perception Studio is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, reports, structures, and supporting materials produced as part of the Perception Audit remain the intellectual property of The Perception Studio.
You are granted a non-transferable license to use the report and recommendations for your own internal or personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute them as a product or service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Perception Audit provides recommendations based on professional judgment and available data at the time of analysis. Outcomes such as job offers, sales, or public response cannot be guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific audit.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through written communication before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This is a working draft version of our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As we evolve from manual to automated audits, timelines and conditions may be updated for transparency.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started, a full refund will be issued, minus any Razorpay transaction fees.
2. After Work Has Commenced
Once analysis, communication, or any form of audit work has begun, full refunds are not available. If we fail to deliver within the committed timeline without prior notice, a partial refund (up to 50% of the service fee) may be considered at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Inputs are incomplete or missing despite reminders.
- Delays are caused by the client’s unavailability or late responses.
- The report has already been delivered.
- Disagreement is based purely on subjective opinion or stylistic preference.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Scenarios
In the event of unforeseen technical, operational, or system-related issues, you may choose between:
- Rescheduled delivery of the audit, or
- A partial refund, as mutually agreed.
